I was thrilled with the way we were treated and the honesty of your employees. Carlos was amazing as was Aubrey in finance. Thanks for a wonderful buying experience!!!!

excellent customer service - my service advisor Robby Harrison is always very professional and customer oriented. My original reason for having my BMW serviced was to have a fusion treatment on my windshield for which I was going to wait for. Robby followed up with a phone call informing me my X3 was due for a software update which will a lenghtly process so he scheduled a loaner car for me. Upon my arrival I was registerd and on the road in a very short time which I greatly appreciated. I have total confidence in my dealings with Robby and the Coggin staff

Excellent service
