The service was excellent, as usual. My only complaint is that when I arrived I was asked if I wanted to wait while the service was being performed. I said it depended on how long it would take, and was told "an hour to an hour and a half", so I said yes. I waited 2 1/2 hours before it was done. Had I known, I would have taken the loaner car instead of waiting. This might not be the Service Advisor's fault, but wait time needs to be better estimated.
