Once again, I had a wonderful experience at Coggin BMW. My car had an issue that was very difficult to diagnose. A different BMW dealership had given up, but Coggin BMW was determined to diagnose and fix my car. I have been a BMW customer for over 25 years, and my service advisor, Robby Harrison, is the best ever. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, quickly responsive, and very pleasant and professional and caring. He provides outstanding customer service. Previously I had purchased my cars at a dealership up north, but now I plan to do all my business with Coggin BMW. It is refreshing to have finally found a dealership that cares and is a joy to work with.

Had the 2014 X1 then went to a 320i. Went back to the X1 and got a 2018 model. Much improved, feels larger and more like an SUV. Only issue, the salesman said it had Apple Carplay and it does not. That was important to me and I should have made 100% sure instead of believing a salesman.

I very recently leased a 2 series from Coggin BMW. I reached out to Coggin (3 hrs away from my residence) as I was not satisfied with the dealer at the local BMW. The dealer at Coggin was more than wonder and very accommodating... as was the gentleman in charge of financing. I know this will be the Showroom I will continually go to. (On a side note....as I travelled back for 3 hours in pouring rain...my salesman kept in touch to make sure I was safe until I arrived home. 5 Stars! Thank you Coggin!! (And I’m thrilled with my new car!!)
