This the first time that have received a request for a "rating" for our last service visit from Coggin. However, I did receive one from BMW USA, which I promptly answered last week. One would believe that my answers would have been conveyed to Coggin. I don't mind answering a short survey once in a while, but two is ludicrous, and a15 minute survey is just stupid! We like, and appreciate Neal, our service advisor, and I answer these "surveys" for his benefit. We want him to greet us whenever we take our BMWs in for service.

Maintenance staff was very professional, friendly, and responsive. Work on the hood stains achieved desired results and was performed on schedule. Excellent service.

Each and every time I arrive at the service center I am greeted with a smile and never wait long for help. The advisors all treat you with respect and go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.

My experience was a three day service due to the replacement of all my tires. Run flats are worth every penny extra. I am seventy years old and my husband and I are unable to change a tire or want to stand by the roadside waiting for help. We just turned around and went back home call assistance in my car and they had someone at my home with an hour to pick up car and take to the dealership. One there Ryan in the service department took over. He had tires ordered and stayed in touch with me for the next three days. This is the kind of service every customer dreams of and I get it each and every time Ryan and Tina in the service department. You need for Ryan and Tina to train all you service representatives.
