This is my first time using Coggin BMW so I had no idea of their service. I have always taken my BMW to Braman BMW in West Palm Beach, not any more. Coggin BMW is my new BMW service shop. The experience with Coggin was very pleasant, Dustin Vrooman (Service Representative) took care of me. From the time I park and got out of my vehicle, I was greeted and advised me what to do. I went to the service desk, the young lady greeted me, took my key and to have a seat. I was called by Dustin to go over what service I am coming in for my vehicle. Dustin explained everything and cost of service which is truly less expensive than Braman BMW.I was sitting at the counter, where you can see inside the shop area. I saw my vehicle drive in to the shop and out. The fact they took my car into the shops few minutes after I left Dustin’s desk was amazing and the fact that somebody has started working on it. The time, service and cost, it is worth your time to go to Coggin BMW. Don’t take my word, experience the difference from Braman BMW to Coggin BMW, you will definitely switch.
