I feel the customer experience is slightly lacking no one acknowledged my presence in the lobby area I was not ask once by anyone I observed working stop to ask are you being taking care of. Reception was cold not what I would expect of luxury dealership Kevin my advisor was amazing, besides that trust you can do a better customer service wise.
