Dustin was my service rep. He did an exceptionally good job keeping me informed on the issues with my car and returning the car in a reasonable amount of time. Dustin also gave me an x5 loaner car after I told him I was considering a larger car (mine is an x4). I now plan on purchasing an x5 come the Fall. Smart man.
