Neil was up front and honest with me. My car was ready on time and cleanwhen I picked it up.

Purchase was great as usual, however the condition the car was given to me was horrible. No prep and the car was full of mud underneath the car. Unacceptable for a customer who's family has purchased at least 15 BMW's from Coggin.

Everything went well--loaner and return was easy. The issue was repaired and the car is as good as it was nearly 6 years ago.
