Originally I had a failed battery and was towed to Coggin BMW. Even though unscheduled the service agent, Neil Simmons, got me in and serviced that day. Then I scheduled future regular service and a new set of tires. Neil researched all of the tire options for me. The service was well done, on time and they gave me a loaner car the time. Friendly competent service and reasonable pricing, including the tires.

Eric, was very kind. He took his time to explain the issue with my car and kept me updated during the repair.

Robby Harrison at BMW Fort pierce is excellent! He always returns my call within minutes and willing to address any concerns I may have.. Robby has even taken the time from his busy schedule to show me various features on my car, which I really appreciate his patience and knowledge.
