Billy and Paul were straightforward and to the point. One of the better experiences I have had so far, the process progressed promptly. I couldn't visit the dealership in person because I don't live nearby, but it wasn't a problem, and Mike was fantastic when he delivered the car to my house. He was extremely kind and showed me how everything worked in the car. I'm delighted.

My Service Representative Robby Harrison at Coggin BMW is the best! He's my go to person. Anything that has to do with my car, I immediately consult with him. He is my car "Doctor". He's taught me the importance of maintaining my vehicle. He sends me friendly reminders via emails & text's as to when my vehicle is due for service. His willingness to assist is greatly appreciated. I trust him! He is a great asset to the BMW Team. Top notch! Nice, professional and reliable! Phenomenal to say the least!
