My Service Representative Robby Harrison at Coggin BMW is the best! He's my go to person. Anything that has to do with my car, I immediately consult with him. He is my car "Doctor". He's taught me the importance of maintaining my vehicle. He sends me friendly reminders via emails & text's as to when my vehicle is due for service. His willingness to assist is greatly appreciated. I trust him! He is a great asset to the BMW Team. Top notch! Nice, professional and reliable! Phenomenal to say the least!

Excellent costumer service. As i pull in was greeted nicely and directed to waiting area. Minutes later my service coordinator came took me to his cubicle and discussed my needed services. He was nice and courteous.

I was a walk-in when my Tire Pressure Monitor showed I had a problem with a rear tire's pressure. I immediately drove slowly to Coggin after learning the tire was in stock. I waited for the tire to be installed and was able to leave with a new replacement tire in just a couple of hours.

First service visit for a used M 235i bought last year. Received a Prompt reception, thorough description of service recommendations including price, updates while service was being performed, thorough explanation of aftermarket parts that had been installed before I bought the car with recommendations for their maintenance.
