Neil Sirmon of the BMW Service Department is very professional, patience, kind, and displays the utmost respect to customers when representing BMW Service Department, I have been a BMW customer since 1999 and Neil is one of the reason I remain a BMW customer. He listen well and, most importantly, when I call him via telephone and he is unavailable, he always calls me back. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Neil, you are the best.
