Everyone was very friendly from the moment we arrived. They were professional & courteous. Dustin, our service advisor, was excellent. He was thorough, explained everything clearly and treated me like he knew me - even though it was my first time there. He personally attached a front vanity plate that I brought on the car. The plate was black; he was thoughtful enough to use black screws rather than grey (it looks better that way).

My first BMW, I ordered a 2023 M4 Competition XDrive on Labor Day weekend and received the car in 3.5 months. With all the turmoil and supply issues in Europe, somehow BMW adjusted and was able to deliver a vehicle I thought I would not see until the end of the first quarter of 2023. Great job BMW. Regarding Coggin BMW, great staff. My salesman Billy Noel was great, he kept me informed of the order, contacted me with ample time to prepare for delivery and had everything in order when I arrived. The finance department was also great, making solid recommendations regarding the extended warranty and without pressure to add to the sale. I am happy I chose this dealership.
