Work was completed timely,professionally and at a reasonable fee. I find your staff to be outstanding.

I scheduled a pick-up and valet service. On the first appointment, I waited all day, and no one showed up. I rescheduled, and he came, although no one called that he was coming. Thankfully, I was there. On the return, I was called and told he would be there in 15 minutes. It was 2 hours later. I appreciate that service, however, and since I'm retired I can just wait all day. Otherwise, it would be a problem.

We had been looking for a specific car at numerous dealerships and Coggin just happened to have one. From the time we drove on the lot until the last conversation after we bought the car they were amazing. They definitely have made a customer for life no matter what make vehicle we look for Coggin will be our go to spot from now on. New tires, no issues with purchase and the service However the coupon site for a rebate for the new tires did not work. I called the service manager who told me to try a different browser because the system might not work with Safari. You might want to fix that or tell your customers about it.
