This was by far one of the easiest customer service experiences there is. Neal was wonderful! He assisted me immediately with a smile and offered me all of the support one could ask - including a fresh cup of coffee and a freshly baked cookie while I wait. Simply superb!!

Excellent professionalism.

Top notch great experience!

Professional and quick

George and his team took great care of us during our recent service. We would highly recommend Coggin BMW to our friends & family

Super easy

Work was completed timely, professionally and at a reasonable fee. I find your staff to be outstanding.

I scheduled a pick-up and valet service. On the first appointment, I waited all day, and no one showed up. I rescheduled, and he came, although no one called that he was coming. Thankfully, I was there. On the return, I was called and told he would be there in 15 minutes. It was 2 hours later. I appreciate that service, however, and since I'm retired I can just wait all day. Otherwise, it would be a problem.

Always first rate service. Appreciate the friendly, competent people.

We had been looking for a specific car at numerous dealerships and Coggin just happened to have one. From the time we drove on the lot until the last conversation after we bought the car they were amazing. They definitely have made a customer for life no matter what make vehicle we look for Coggin will be our go to spot from now on. The customer service and attention the customer satisfaction is hands down the best experience we have ever had.
