Very satisfied with the over all service on the car, however I was not made aware that the car would be kept overnight ,and I was waiting for a phone to as to when my car was going to be returned in the afternoon.

Last week near the end of my two day drive south from Cape Cod to Jensen Beach, my BMW 328d Touring had two flat tires on I95S in the early evening. I contacted Coggin BMW SERVICE after hours and The Company immediately set up an appointment with George my service rep for the next morning to purchase 4 new tires. I called and spoke with Chris in PARTS shortly after 7 AM to confirm that The Bridgestone tires would be on hand before having a short AAA Tow delivery for my appointment. Coggin BMW carries a large inventory of performance runflat tires for my MSPORT ( from various manufacturers). I had a similar experience last winter, with a pair of new Bridgestone rear tires which were on hand. George arranged a great deal for me, BUY 3, Buy One for a buck, with a $120 Rebate...George also recommended that I take advantage of my extended 3 year warranty oil service contract ( $200 paid in October ) as my onboard computer was recommending an upcoming change. I arrived early..George fit this work into the Shop's busy schedule, did a full complimentary vehicle inspection with a written report. I watched the servicing of my Baby through the Expansive Glass Viewing Window, while enjoying fresh brewed cappuccinchino and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. By mid afternoon I was back on the Road with a shiny hand washed car, my fluids topped off including the Diesel Emissions ( DEF) Fluid, with cleaned and dressed tires and rims, as new. During this Service EXPERIENCE, George (who had been a BMW mechanic before !!!!) was able to professionally answer my car questions. His knowledge of BMW cars was quite exceptional. George has amazing communication skills and product knowledge. Thank You George. So, A Big Thank You to Coggin BMW..

Great place to buy BMW cars. Dealership, Manager, Business Manager and sales consultant Paul were absolutely wonderful and iwilling to walk an extra mile for the customer.

Overall service experience was very good. Since I’m just outside the 10mile shuttle area I had to wait but no big deal.

The car was repaired promptly and then dropped off at my home. That was most appreciated .
