I have dealt with Coggin for the past couple of years and I have had an amazing experience each time. They make the process of either leasing or purchasing a vehicle very easy and are accommodating.

My service man “George” was amazing!!!! You are very lucky to have him!!!

Had to call twice to schedule valet service for car pickup. There was NO record of me calling but there was a service appointment scheduled. Due to the mix up, the service appointment was scheduled for a later time in the day. I suggest while on the phone, customers receive an email of confirmation and there should be NO need for another call to the customer to schedule pick up time. Everything should be handled through the service call.

Neal Simmons always provides me with the best of service. He is friendly as well as professional. I have confidence that my BMW will be taken care of, without any service that is not required. He is the BEST.
