Every time my car is in service it seems to drive so much better once I am out of service. The customer service experience has always been a good one at Coggin. I have been a customer since 1985.

From time to time I need to take my car for service. Mostly scheduled maintenance, or a small fix, but everytime it comes up I am NEVER worried about having to go to Treasure Coast BMW and their service department. I have been to many other dealership service departments in my lifetime and it is without any doubt that the service department is by far the best I have ever experienced. Robbie and the other service writers I have met are all courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I have already purchased another BMW and it was definitely part of my consideration that I would be able to service it here.

Had to call twice to schedule valet service for car pickup. There was NO record of me calling but there was a service appointment scheduled. Due to the mix up, the service appointment was scheduled for a later time in the day. I suggest while on the phone, customers receive an email of confirmation and there should be NO need for another call to the customer to schedule pick up time. Everything should be handled through the service call.

Neal Simmons always provides me with the best of service. He is friendly as well as professional. I have confidence that my BMW will be taken care of, without any service that is not required. He is the BEST.
