My entire purchase was done on the phone. Curtis Stumbaugh was the agent at Coggin BMW who assisted me. Curtis was professional, courteous and completed the entire process in a very timely manner. He was always available to me on the phone. He made the entire process smooth and comfortable for me. He even got me a better interest rate on my loan. He is truly an asset to Coggin.

The Service manager (Kevin) and technician (Richard) performed a diagnostic procedure to isolate 2 separate problems on my old 2003 X5. The technician Richard sat down and explained the problems found, in detail, with some excellent recommendations to treat the problems. Richard is the most experienced BMW mechanic/technician I have ever dealt with. I left happy, but found I had another problem with a driver side window closing when I arrived home. I called your service department and they told me to return right away. Both the service manager and Richard met me in the service delivery area. Richard took a quick look at the window problem and diagnosed the issue within a minute and corrected the problem. What service!!! and no charge. You made a new devoted customer and I have told my friends of your great service department. Thank you very much and give Richard and Kevin a raise.

I had a suggested repair that I did not complete due to the value of the car versus the cost of the repair I had expected to pay the diagnostic fee. I even got my credit card out to pay it, but Kevin got that waived. He told me he was sorry this happened. I sincerely appreciate it. Thanks!
