Ronnie McFarland took time to explain all the details of car and screen options. And he made sure I understood the options before making any selections he Took great care to be sure I was comfortable driving the car He introduced me to the BMW genius for any follow up questions. He personally called after a couple of days to be sure all was good. True Coggin BMW customer service.
