I have had my car serviced at different BMW centers and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I’m always a bit apprehensive about going to get my car serviced, however, my advisor made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable, professional , and trustworthy. He clearly explained what was going on with my car and every step of the repair process. He contacted me with updates, and answered all my questions. I felt like a valued customer and now my car is running smoothly.

Ordered 2023 X5 on 9/9. Delivery beat original estimate. Took delivery on 9/30. Vehicle meets or exceeds my expectations. Dealership provided competitive pricing and financing though a regional credit union. Brenton Hall in Sales was extremely knowledgeable about the product line.

I purchased four new RF tires. Although my appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 9/28, Neal was able to move me up due the approach of Hurricane Ian. Neal was awesome as usual. He always explains things in detail and helps me understand the process each time. I trust Neal 100% and that’s saying a lot. Coggin is lucky to have such a dedicated and detail driven service advisor. He has had my back every time I call the dealership. He is one of the best people I have dealt with assisting my concerns and automotive needs in over thirty years. I have owned three BMW’s. I will continue to drive BMW because I know I can depend on employees like Neal who really care for their customers. To him it isn’t just a job , it’s a mission to make people happy!
