In South Florida there are many luxury brands to choose from but I have always returned to Coggin BMW time after time. My experience with Coggin BMW was outstanding as always. I was pleasantly surprised that even in these busy times in the auto industry Coggin’s staff treated me with the personal attention and expertise that was over and above expectations. I could buy a run of the mill brand automobile but for not much more money I enjoy the higher level of service and warranties that come along with the BMW brand and Coggin is the icing on the cake. Also a well deserved hats off to my salesman Curtis Stumbaugh. Curtis took the time to answer all my questions in depth. Curtis has extensive knowledge of the BMW brand vehicles and his knowledge other brands for comparison is downright amazing. My thanks to Coggin BMW’s General Manager Matt McNeal who took time from his busy schedule to follow up with me to thank me for my business and to confirm I was was well treated and satisfied. These are the things that make a difference in the buying and ownership experience that cements customer loyalty and a reputation that endures. I’ll be replacing another car very soon and I know Coggin BMW will be my dealer of choice.

My salesman Ronnie McFarland was excellent he kept me updated every step of the way.before I picked up the car he had all the paper work prepared and waiting for me he also fueled it and got it cleaned.The finance manager paul was excellent he got me approved and locked in with a great rate and had all the paper work prepared waiting for my signature,the entire process at the dealership took about 40 to 45 minutes..overall it was a great experience thanks to Ronnie and Paul for making this dream a reality..Coggin will forever be my dealer of choice.
