George was my service advisor. He was such a pleasure to work with! The service my car required was expensive, but he managed to have me leave with a smile. That's saying something about his customer service. Rich, I believe that was his name, assisted me with getting a loaner car. He was very helpful and friendly as well. I was very satisfied with the whole process.
