First rate service operation, very cooperative and lots of good advice. Service rep Neal Sirmons always goes the last mile to make sure everything has been taken care of. Entire department is always ready to please. Highly recommend.

great service

George was my service advisor. He was such a pleasure to work with! The service my car required was expensive, but he managed to have me leave with a smile. That's saying something about his customer service. Rich, I believe that was his name, assisted me with getting a loaner car. He was very helpful and friendly as well. I was very satisfied with the whole process.

BMW exceeds all of my expectations for a car dealership...

Eric always takes such good care of me.

very grateful and happy, it was a pleasure to have bought my new car there and to be able to say that I am already free of debt if I want another one in the future I will look for them
