Had an issue with driver air bags. After determining the problem, a part was ordered and when it cam in, I got an appointment to repair my BMW and get a loaner as we are a one car family. My car was fixed in one day and was able to get my car back quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient as always .

My experience was excellent. As usual my main points of contact (Anthony and Neal) were professional, courteous, and prompt in addressing my concerns. Neal maintained open communication and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I received a courtesy vehicle for the entire time my vehicle was being serviced.
