Courteous and expedient.

Excellent service trip. Greeted quickly, professionally and promptly. Explained service recommendations and listened to driving experience and history. Service was performed quickly and checkout was done well. Service manager did the check in (my contact Neil was not in at that time) and Neil Sirmons, my coordinator, did checkout. Both were professional, personable, knowledgeable and explained options and reasons for services well.

Yousef was outstanding. The customer service at the dealership was outstanding.

We were in for a tire rotation and alignment. Both were completed in the 2.5 hours that was quoted. Our question on why the electric miles available dropped from 21 down to 16 miles after the "program update" earlier this year. Two service advisors could not explain the change and the third more senior advisor told us several other owners had noticed the same reduction after the update. He added that it would increase over time as the vehicle "learned" our driving habits and we should see an increase. The answer was better than no answer, but we are still looking for the reason we lost the 4 to 5 miles of range while in full electric mode. With gas prices today, this is a big reduction in distance and an increase in fuel purchases! very bad timing for the software update!
