Sarah does a wonderful job of communicating in detail. I truly appreciate her professionalism. I only gave 4 stars out of 5 for the following reasons; I asked for my tires to be set to 35 psi with regular air and they are only set to 32 psi. It's super easy for a technician to do yet they fell short. In addition, I appreciate the car wash but my windows were not cleaned nor was the console vacuumed. It appears to have been a quick job to make it look like it was cleaned....why bother doing 1/2 the job. Thank you
