Professional service. Neal and another associate were fantastic. Second associate had a Scottish or British accent.

Coggins Service Department is the best I have ever dealt with thanks to their wonderful Service Mgr. Eric Jackola!

Service person was helpful and curteus, had a pleasant experience.

Sarah does a wonderful job of communicating in detail. I truly appreciate her professionalism. I only gave 4 stars out of 5 for the following reasons; I asked for my tires to be set to 35 psi with regular air and they are only set to 32 psi. It's super easy for a technician to do yet they fell short. In addition, I appreciate the car wash but my windows were not cleaned nor was the console vacuumed. It appears to have been a quick job to make it look like it was cleaned....why bother doing 1/2 the job. Thank you

My experience with Coggins BTW was a very good no complaints

.

Excellent buying experience. Yousef did a great job as usual!

Very efficient, told me I needed a front end alignment which I declined. I thought $200.00 was a little on the high side. But very happy in general.

Timely & professional

My service manager Neal Sirons really helped me get what I needed.
