Eric my service rep was excellent. The condition of the car was ok. The wheels werent cleaned nor were the mats on the inside. The tire pressure after having the tires rotated were way off, I had to adjust them after leaving the shop. A little more attention to detail. Otherwise we like the service

Brought the M5 in because the media display had gone blank. Service tried to reset it and determined that a new part was needed and had to come in from somewhere. There was a mixup in the shipping of the new part and my part went to Texas and the Texas part came to Coggin. They swapped and the next day it came and the display was fixed. Robby kept me informed all along the way, and his concern for my inconvenience is appreciated

at first I was NOT happy with the car... i even wanted to return it!!!!!Have you ever heard "sell the sizzle and not the steak! the sales people should point out all the features and HOW to operate them. e.g. setting up the phone. how to use the navigation .setting the comfort: seats , head rest ,mirrors, radio ,etc. insist on a TEST drive!! AUDREY did a beautiful job on the paperwork!!!
