Once again, Coggin Treasure Coast BMW FAR exceeds ANY vehicle service experience I have seen in the past 50 years! Absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect from dropping the car off, speaking with Robby my service writer, the gentleman who set me up on my loaner vehicle, the communication/updates on my car, and picking it up in pristine condition. The bar is set EXTREMELY high! I actually look forward to my scheduled services and any time I may need their services.

The sales staff and everyone were fantastic. The transaction went smoothly. However the "BMW Genius" failed to show us the complexities of the car or the many features and simply told us to take the car home and come back if we had any questions.
