Salesman Tom was great. My only criticism is that the car came with one key fob. The parts department told me it would cost over 400.00 to get a second key. Since my trade in came with two keys I don’t think it’s fair to charge me such an inflated price. The dealers cost is probably 35.00. Whatever the dealer cost that’s what I should have been charged out of fairness. Not happy about this.

Sarah was excellent in all respects - it was easy to get an appointment the car was serviced quickly I was communicated to very well and I was provided a very reasonable quote for new tires and an alignment as well. Sara seem to go out of her way to assist and coordinate the service and even offered a shuttle service. I am used to getting a loaner car with previous dealers but I managed around that so it didn’t become a big deal
