Salespeople were excellent (Yousef Baghdadi and Steve Smith). I appreciated that the salesmen worked with me on price and did not charge amounts over MSRP as other dealers tried to do during this time. They were pleasant, well informed, and very helpful.

Billy Noel is probably the best salesman there, or perhaps the best in the state. My mother is sick with cancer, needed a reliable vehicle to get back and forth to Pennsylvania. Mr. Noel made that happen with practically no credit at all. BMW I would say was the most merciful and considerate dealership. Really helped make a miracle happen.
