Service for an oil change went well and appreciated the free car wash. The length of time was longer than usual for just an oil change, especially considering I had an appointment. I was there about 2 hours and I know others around me were there about the same time. Just a busy day in general at the service center. I will ask next time when I make the appointment if another day is less busy.

Steve Smith is a credit to your company. He is honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and above all, fair. He helped me pick out an X5 and get a good deal on it, then when I changed my mind he helped me get a good deal on a used 740i. The 2018 740i didn't have the safety features I thought it would and he helped me with going back to ordering the X5 with the features I need. I was extremely impressed with Steve. He is not the typical "car salesman," of which I encountered several at other dealers in my search for a new car.
