Steve Smith is a credit to your company. He is honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and above all, fair. He helped me pick out an X5 and get a good deal on it, then when I changed my mind he helped me get a good deal on a used 740i. The 2018 740i didn't have the safety features I thought it would and he helped me with going back to ordering the X5 with the features I need. I was extremely impressed with Steve. He is not the typical "car salesman," of which I encountered several at other dealers in my search for a new car.

Although I had an appointment, the service was relatively lengthy for no apparent reason. I ended up waiting for about 4 hrs for a routine maintenance check. It was out of ordinary. Additionally, can you add more healthy choices to the snacks. I know it is a courtesy but it doesn’t have to unhealthy.
