I had a problem with the operation of the power windows in my vehicle - they would not completely down. When I reported this issue to a service writer he stated that he felt that was normal operation and that nothing could be down about it. Finding this response unacceptable I escalated my complaint to dealership management. I met with the General Manager Mathew McNeal, Sales Manager Manuel Miranda and Service Manager Richard Coppola. They spent more than enough time listening to and understanding my concern before coming up with a solution. In my opinion this was A+ customer service. As a result Coggin BMW has a customer for life.

Service was Exellent, I was traveling from NY and had problems with my car. They fit me in service and in a little while diagnosed the problem, in 2 days got and replaced the part Thank You Very Much

I have been with Lexus brand 1993, I have enjoyed the brand and various dealership. I can't say I have had a bad experience at any dealership. My cars have been reliable and I still own my 04 LS430 with a 198,000 miles on it. The best Lexus I have was my 1993 GS300 .
