Excellent service from beginning to end Anthony Lozito Demonstrated knowledge on the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He discussed the maintenance opportunities that are available when purchasing the vehicle. Then Referred me to Ronald McFarland customer service salesman and Ethan Smith ( Finance representative) they have always made me feel a part of the COGGIN family. Again , I’d rather travel to receive great quality customer service . Especially from Matthew McNeal, general manager. Thank you for making my Birthday special

Good service although I would prefer to have a loaner instead of waiting for service. Goggin Mercedes gave me a loaner for all the years I had my Mercedes - 12 years! BMW never gave me a loaner because it is never available. I will not buy another BMW with Coggin for this reason alone. Not to mention that anything done at BMW Coggin is three times the price of somewhere else.
