I usually have great service here but this experience was different. I feel like my concerns were NOT addressed, and my vehicle was returned with same issue I brought it in for. This was really disappointing because you guys usually do great work, but not this visit.

Reaching out to the sales team and speaking with Jake was great, but the follow up has been lacking. I have reached out regarding the payment towards my loan for the vehicle I traded in and was told Guss would reaching out but I still have not heard back. The payment is due today and I still have not heard back.
