I usually don't take the time to fill out a survey, and I could type all night and still could not come close to describing the AMAZING EXPERINCE I had at the dealership. The vehicle I purchased was my dream car. but needless to say the deal was not easy and it was months in the making, but the incredible staff (WAIDIL,GUS AND MY ACE PJ) even when I cheated on him and went to another dealership he still had my back and for that iam very grateful. I would like to end by saying THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH A CARING AND WONDERFUL TEAM IN PLACE TO HELP ME ACHIEVE MY DREAM OF BUYING MY VERY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR MY CACASDA AT AGE 53..SINCERELY PHELESHA BROWN.

The sales experience was great. I'd done some research on the vehicles I was looking into and set up a time to meet with Josh from the Internet sales department. I was a little early, but Josh was able to help me out pretty much immediately and get me out for drives of a couple of targeted vehicles. My decision was made pretty quickly and negotiation of a final price was quick and easy. Only drawback was that they had 5 sales close at the same time and it took a while (90 mins or so) to get into the business manager to sign off. I had my financing lined up when I came in, so once I got into the office, the process was quick and easy and I was on the road with my new ride in a couple of minutes. All in all, the sales process was great, they provided me with a CarFax and the process was pressure-free and I'd definitely buy another car with Josh and the team at Coggin.
