Second oil change I've received here. Both were done very professionally. The first one however, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours even though I had an appointment, which seemed excessive. This second one was about an hour, which was fantastic. Only trivial complaint is that there isn't much of a refreshment area. Just a coffee machine and cheez-it crackers. Was expecting more for the snacks and refreshments area, but not that big of a deal. Anyone though can give a good oil change. Not that difficult. The reason I'm really giving these folks 5 stars is for the fact that they went out of their way to point out two very specific things to me that the Chevy/GMC dealer I purchased the vehicle from 2 years prior did not inform me of in any way shape or form, but that was definitely something that the purchasing dealer should have been pointed out to me for forthright morality at the very least, if not also possibly for legal reasons. It was this that pushed them from a 4 star to a 5 star for me. Integrity and professionalism goes a long way with me. Extra special thanks to the service manager for his assistance.
