Melanie took great care of me and service was timely.

Check in was easy, due to I made my appointment online via my email. Jacob verified my oil change request, suggested rotating tires, answered my inquiry on coupons I had in my possession, and informed me that they were backed up and my service will take a little longer than usual.

Omar and CJ were great. We received excellent service and buying the Trax was a pleasurable experience. I recommend them to anyone who wants a new Chevrolet.

Great experience from connecting with Carey via autotrader link to driving off of the lot. Smooth, honest, informative and efficient is the best I could describe Carey in his sales role and CJ in his position as probably the best finance specialist I have ever worked with.
