I just purchased recently a certified 2024 Corvette Z06. While driving, the infamous SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT came on. I immediately called my seller dealership to get it looked at. This was a Saturday. They gave me an appointment for first thing Monday morning at 8. Four days later I picked up the Z. They cleared the service engine light and stated that they could find 0 issues. OK. That was great that they fixed the issue. But I HATE leaving my Corvette overnight at the dealership. Why???? I am a clean fanatic. Show my car at shows and take a lot of pride in the appearance. So I picked up the car on Thursday afternoon. The car was filthy. They were scuff marks on the inside door at the bottom. The frunk was full of leaves!!! And there were two large bird droppings on the back trunk. And this is not the first time I have had issues with junk in and on my Corvette when left at the dealer overnight. My Corvettes are always garage kept. I think that if a $137K Corvette is brought in for service and has to be kept overnight, it should be left in the service area and NOT left outside in the elements. I am very satisfied with the service, but totally dis satisfied with how it looked when returned.
