Melanie was my advisor and she did a great job. She was very personable and took care of my original request for an oil change and also my added request to look at my passenger mirror as it was not always moving in and out when pressing the mirror retract or open switch. Melanie let me know that a new mirror had to be ordered and I would need to give it time to be painted first. She gave me a detailed accounting and I appreciated how she filled me in.
