My experience with the service department I was first class. I was able to get my appointment scheduled immediately. Randy Cygan was my service advisor and the service was excellent. I guess my only concern is that I brought my car in because the starter was not starting the car every time I tried to start. It had only started five times over the past three days in 30 attempts.... unfortunately the service department could not reproduce the problem I had so no repairs to the starter were done. Shortly after I picked up the car from Coggin Chevrolet I made a road trip to Orlando. And when I tried to start the car to come back to Jacksonville the next day the car would not start on the first attempt. It’s a seven or eight attempts before it finally turned over. Outside of that everything was good.

Decent service, but did not seem aware of the technical bulletin I was referring to. Techs figured it out though and got vehicle back same day.

They took great care of my vehicle at a descent time.

Oil change and transmission fluid changed... Make sure you know exactly how much the service will be. If there are any issues, the service manager will fix it!

Rick Baldwin was great. He researched my problem and notified me it was under warranty You did not have the part needed in stock but he found it at another dealer in the area and sent one of your staff to get it. Everyone of your staff that I came in contact with was very friendly and greeted me. Loved the coffee and donuts in the waiting area
