Was in a hurry and stopped by for my hour to hour and a half new mirror and trim piece install. Customer service guy was super friendly and professional we got the vehicle checked in and I went into the waiting room. It was taking him a little while longer than I expected so I walked back over and he checked on it and he said the technician was working on it still and he would get back to me in a few minutes. I went back into the waiting room and worked on some more emails and made some more phone calls another hour went by and I stopped back in and told him I had an appointment to go to this afternoon that I needed to get the truck back out and he went back again and checked on it and he said the technicians almost finished and it took about an hour-1.5 hours longer than we thought it would, but the technician made it right he adjusted my bill a portion to offset my inconvenience and was very professional about handling the situation and we resolved it between customer and vendor. It was handled very professionally and done with positive candor and finesse. I was inconvenienced, and had to re-schedule my appointment which wasn't a big deal and upset a little at the moment. But the way that he handled it and his professionalism, attitude and business etiquette made it work out and the adjustment in the price was fair and I thought very thoughtful and considerate of my time so we met in the middle. I believe that's all you can ask from a vendor or a service is that they understand and meet you at a fair middle point. I own a small remodeling business, I get it. I have always enjoyed working with this company and they have always serviced my vehicles and helped me with my automotive needs and have always been fair on prices and professional on service. And I will continue to visit and frequent and recommend them as I have been. Keep up the good work!

Gentleman taking care of me was excellent. Thought with appointment though would've been less than 1 1/2 hrs for oil change.
