Service was great, walked in and they took the keys, gave me an estimated wait time, showed me the lounge, and we were off. Just a little over an hour later I was on my way. Melanie was awesome!

I can't ever give car buying a perfect score because it's always somewhat challenging. My salesman was great and didn't hound me like many do, but the financial meeting was frustrating as usual. I'm not sure why it has to be so difficult to get a great deal, especially when you advertise black Friday specials.
