The experience was great but the only problem was the wait time for an oil change and a tire rotation. It was 2 hours and 20 mins even with an appt. That was really the only issue.

I was late for the appointment; however, was greeted warmly. Had more work needed on truck than anticipated. I was offered a ride home. Didn't know that someone would pick me up until later in the day. In any event, it was our first real experience having extensive work done on the silverado. We felt comfortable with what was done and the price affixed to the repairs.

I just filled a survey out recently. Coffee and donuts appreciated. Regular maintenance completed in a timely manner. Although service people were busy, they created a friendly atmosphere.
