I always have a great experience with the services team. Randy is professional and has great customer service skills. I used to deal solely with Mike Hopper for the same reason, but he has since been moved to another position. Randy is just as great in my opinion. Services team did a great job of getting all the maintainence appointments done as quickly as possible, this day was particularly busy too. Great job all around.
