Neil was my sales agent. Answered every question and some with " I will find out" , which he did. Also, Neil made sure the rear tires were replaced. Actually got 4 new tires. The Finance gentleman made every effort to get the pricing right. For my trade, and the bottom line. I paid with cashiers check on the balance after the value of my truck trade satisfied me. MARK HARTS AT COGGIN CHEVROLET IS JUST THE BEST. WE WENT IN THE SHOWROOM JUST TO TAKE A LOOK. WE DROVE AWAY WITH A BEAUTIFUL CHEVY TRAX. MARK WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE EXPLAINED ALL OUR OPTIONS. HE WENT OVER ALL THE FUNCTIONS AND CAPABILITIES OF THE TRAX, SOME OF WHICH WE WERE NOT FAMILIAR WITH. IN FACT WE HAD TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE WE WERE HAVING A PROBLEM SETTING UP THE XM SIRIUS RADIO CHANNELS. HE WAS GRACIOUS AND TOOK HIS TIME EXPLAINING AGAIN. I loved the ease of the online experience. I visited the dealership to test drive the car, and I already knew what my payments would be, which saved time. However, I noticed a few changes were made to the original deal, and the new payments were not communicated to us by the salesperson. It felt a bit odd that it was just a verbal agreement with the financial manager. Additionally, there were a few details that the salesperson didn’t mention upfront, resulting in monthly payments being $55 more than initially discussed. Furthermore, when we received the car, it was given to us without any windshield wiper fluid, and the tire pressure was low. As we are new to electric vehicles, we expected more thorough details about the car. Overall, though, the experience was positive.
