I had to have my Cruze serviced and Derrin was amazing! In addition, every person I spoke with or interacted with at Coggin was super friendly, professional and informative. They made the process easy and smooth. Not only that, but they got my car in and out in a timely manner. I honestly couldn't have been any happier with my experience with getting my car serviced.

My experience was great from start to finish. Please note that I am not a survey person. I hate doing them.

Everything was great. The only issue that I had was when I received the final report from the multi-inspection. The report showed that my batter was in good condition. Unfortunately Tuesday my I found out I had a bad battery and had to purchase a new one. I have been going to Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues for some time now and have never had any issues.

I had called to make an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I received a confirmation but when I arrived there was no record of my appointment. This did not seem to present a problem with my being assured all okay and my car was taken care of.
