Customer service was a refreshing reminder of what it should be! No smoke and mirrors, just plain old service in getting me in and out with comfortable wait in lounge. It's that way every time I go to Coggin. My service rep is the best and the reason I keep coming back. He gets it! I don't get the feeling of a stereotype service department at a dealership. Great job. On time delivery of services at a fair price

Did a great job picking up my car same day as I called. Exceeded expectations. When they were fixing my car I was a little worried they didn't know how to fix it. First they replaced the 12-volt volt battery then they found out they had to replace a modulator which they had to order then when they were replacing the modulator they cracked the windshield each time they had to order parts at took over two weeks and I really wasn't kept informed when I was going to get my car back
