Coggin Nissan always shows great Customer Service and a high level of Professionalism. They did the best they could with the (manufacturer's defect) repair on my 2021 Maxima Platinum 40th Anniversary.

My service advisor Bill is awesome. I did want to mention that I am a full time employee and when I drop off my car early to get to work on time I have come to Rely on the shuttle bus to leave before 8:00 a.m. When Keith was there he always left early and understood that people had to get to work. The young man that was there we did not leave until after 8:15 he was very nice but I don't think Nissan understand that people have to get to work on time. Please bring back Keith OR have the shutttle leave earlier.
