I would’ve given 5 if I didn’t have to wait 3+ hr for an oil change with appointment. Appointments shouldn’t be made so close to each other if they can’t change oil in one hour at least. I had to have my son to pick me up and drive back to get the car. That’s too much for just oil change. I hate going to small shops to change oil but will have to if Nissan not going to improve. My service rep Richard is great always and takes care of his customers and I appreciate him a lot.

Everything went well. My only issue was the wait time for and oil change and tire rotation. I think the person making the appointment might have mentioned a time of day when the wait time would have been less. With travel time, getting this little maintenance done took a whole morning.
