I would like to recognize Casey and the service department. I requested him as he was very helpful with my daughters car service. He is professional, explains everything in great detail, let you know if there is a discount available. I really like the online system just letting you know what is recommended at if it is urgent or not. Casey is extremely friendly, professional and helpful and this is why I have owned six Nissan’s. Good experience overall but the communication could’ve been better. It was a busy day just before the holidays so I was expecting a delay but not the lack of communication for several hours. If I would’ve been made aware then I would’ve been more patient about the whole process.
