I called the morning of July 5 and was given a 1440 hrs apt. I walk in to see Richard and went over service need, hand him my keys and sat in the lounge. About and hour later Richard called me, went over service completed, paid and walk out. It was that simple. All staff I encountered was very friendly. I rate my experience as Excellent.

Everything was fine except for the amount of time it took.

Service was very prompt with modest wait time. The service tech Thomas was very pleasant to deal with.

With appointment I think it should no take more than one our to have the work done. It was just oil change.
